İnci Ltd.Sti.is working professionally on tourism, construction, estate and education sectors around Alanya for years and founded by Bahattin ERDAYI, Fethi KOPUZ.

İnci Residence; our first Project in Alanya is situated at Alanya- Mahmutlar town on 3000sqm land. It has been planned as 50 two bed roomed and 5 duplex apartments and started to construction. Our Project with the target of to give luxury and holiday together to especially foreign investors, has been successfully completed and almost all apartments have been sold. The success we catch up with İnci Residence project and continued with Inci Terrasse Apartments Mahmutlar. İnci Terrase also built in Alanya - Mahmutlar town.It has became a hotspot of foreign buyers with the different architectural design and terrific panoramic view and fully sold when it was constructing yet.
